Join our transformative 5 AM community class, designed for those who want to get the most out of their day by combining personal training, mental health practices, and relational skills. This early-morning session isn’t just about fitness—it’s about creating a holistic routine that energizes your body, sharpens your mind, and strengthens your connections. Start your day with invigorating workouts that blend physical training with cognitive behavioral techniques, followed by mindfulness exercises that set a positive tone for the day ahead. Together, we’ll build resilience, boost your mood, and cultivate the discipline to take on whatever comes your way. Step into a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are committed to growing stronger, both physically and mentally, every morning. It’s early, so there is very little speaking in this online class. It’s about knowing that others are awake the same as you, and are backing you to forge your rise. Just follow the gentle prompts that split the session into a combination of gentle exercise, falling awake meditations, journaling, chores, and creativity. All before 7am.
